One message, sent once

A double click, two confirmations or a retry never send the same e-mail or SMS twice. « Remind » also works with only a phone. In Mails & SMS, « What we send » shows each message.

SMS are on

Your clients now also get an SMS from « Vet World »: appointment confirmation and reminder, visit reminder, vaccine recall and unpaid reminder. The « Mails and SMS » history shows each SMS, sent or not, with the reason.

A new public page

Your public page is redesigned: a large photo, « Book an appointment » up front, quick answers (today’s hours, animals, payment, languages), tabs About · Services · Hours · Products · Getting there, and on phones a « Call | Book » bar always in view. Add your emergency number in Company → Page.

The Showcase

Tick « Shown on my page » on a catalogue accessory (food, collars, hygiene…): it appears on your public page with « Available » or « Out of stock » from your stock, and its price if you tick « Show the price ». Medicines never appear there.

Statistics by subject

Statistics are grouped in four tabs — Activity, Patients, Care & products, Team — each with its key figures at the top (appointments, no-shows, overdue vaccines, active doctors…). The same filters apply to all.

More filters

Clients (species, owes money, not seen for 3 / 6 / 12 months, city), animals (species, sex, age, overdue vaccine), catalogue (in stock, out of stock, no lot), appointments (doctor, status), sales (payment, seller), quotes (dates), expenses (payment) and suppliers (purchases over a period). Each screen keeps your filters, and the export follows them.

Delete what is not used

Next to « Disable », « Delete » removes for good a client, an animal, a product, a supplier, a cage, a procedure, a vaccine model or a member — only when nothing is linked to it. Otherwise Vet World says what holds it (« 2 animals · 5 consultations ») and offers to disable it.

The calendar by doctor

In the calendar, « By doctor » shows the day in one column per doctor. The client record also flags missed appointments (« 2 no-shows »), and the printed vaccination booklet has room for the signature and stamp.

« Get started » folds

On the dashboard, « Collapse » keeps only the progress; « Show » opens the list again. New hours template: 8:30–18:30, Monday to Saturday.

Each location in its place

Your page and the home page show the address, map, phone and hours of each location. « Your locations » in Company → Page shows what is missing.

Support replies by e-mail

When support answers your ticket, you get the answer by e-mail, with a link to the ticket.

Vaccines to do in one click

« Vaccines to do » is now in the « Today » strip. One click opens the list of late and upcoming vaccines, 50 per page; click a line to open the animal.

TikTok on your page

In Company → Page, add your TikTok link next to your website, Facebook and Instagram. Each link shows with its icon on your public page.

The clinic on the map

In Clinics, « Pick on the map »: search the address, click or drag the pin. Owners find the clinic in one click.

Guide and guided tour

The « ? » button at the top (and « Help » for owners) explains each screen in a few steps, with a guided tour that shows the real buttons. It is updated with every new feature.

Automatic messages explained

In Mails & SMS → What we send: every message sent to your clients, when and why, with a real example. You also see the clients who receive nothing because they have no e-mail. For owners: a new « Help » tab.

Statistics

New module under « Dashboard »: consultations by species, frequent visit reasons, busy hours, vaccination, patient ages, most used acts and products, appointments and consultations per doctor. The owner turns it on for each member in Team.

Notifications

The bell at the top gathers what needs you: online appointment requests, AI diagnosis ready, today’s vaccines, stock to watch, reminders, hospitalisations, e-mails not sent, subscription. One click opens the right page; history keeps 90 days.

Today at a glance

Under the top bar: today's appointments, animals waiting, vaccines due today and late, reminders. Everywhere, the same badge: Late, Today, Tomorrow, This week — and « New » on what arrived since your last visit.

Supplement reason

Say why you add a supplement to an act (Night, Emergency, Sunday / holiday, Home visit…): it shows on the consultation and the invoice.

Currency and payment methods

Choose your currency (DT or €) in Company → General, and show the payment methods you accept on your public page (Company → Page).

Reminder the day before

Clients get a reminder 24 h before their appointment and are told of every change (moved, cancelled), by email and SMS.

Appointments: the animal in the right file

Pick the animal from the client’s animals, or « New animal ». When confirming, its file is chosen or created, so visits and vaccines stay in one place. Appointments in the client file now open with one click.

Adjust your photos

After choosing a profile photo, logo or cover, drag it into place and zoom before saving.

Settings to complete

The top bar shows what is still missing in your company settings (details, public page, hours) and takes you straight there.

New clinic pages

Clinic pages are clearer: open or closed at a glance, a visit card with booking, call, directions and today’s hours, the week’s hours as bars, and services grouped with icons.

Waiting room

When a client arrives, put their appointment in the waiting room: a new page under Appointments lists who is waiting, since when, first come first.

Agenda every 15 minutes

The day is cut into 15-minute slots, entries at the same time side by side, 08:00–18:00 by default — or 24 h for clinics working at night (Clinics page).

Base vaccines for Tunisia

The vaccine list starts with the usual Tunisian protocols for every animal (dogs, cats, horses, cattle, sheep, poultry…) — add one or all, then adapt. One vaccine can cover several species.

Reason suggestions

Under « Reason » in a consultation, common reasons for the animal’s species are one click away (a cat: eye problem, sneezing, urinary…). The note of an accepted appointment becomes the reason.

Change an online booking

Pet owners can ask for a new time or cancel their online appointment until the clinic’s deadline; the clinic confirms or keeps the agreed time, and each side is told.

Vet World in Arabic

The whole platform is available in Arabic, right to left, alongside French and English — pick the language at the top of the page.

Vaccination booklet

Each animal has its vaccination booklet with the next boosters; owners see it in their space and get an e-mail 7 days before a vaccine is due.

Prescriptions

Numbered prescriptions from the consultation, ready to print — and available to the owner in their space.

Lab and imaging results

Results and files (PDF, images) per animal, linked to the consultation; the clinic can share them in the owner’s space.
